Companies generally issue appointment letters after issuing the offer letter. If employees have taken on a permanent basis then he/she will get an appointment letter on the joining date itself. But some companies take a time of 1 week to 1 month to issue appointment letters.
If the employee has taken on a temporary basis then the appointment letter will be issued after completion of the probation period.
Sometimes due to the busy schedules of the HR department they may delay the process of issuing appointment letters, in that case you can request your HR department to issue your appointment letter.

During my joining time, I have been informed that I will receive my appointment letter within One month from the date of my joining. As I am already completing my first month of service but till now I have not received any appointment letter.
